FTP Software

You can upload and download files from the Your Upload Folder and Common Download pages directly from the website. However, using FTP software to transfer very large files (>200MB) can significantly increase the transfer speed.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used to exchange and manipulate files over a TCP/IP based network, such as the Internet.

FTP software is readily available, often for free.
